Or better yet, Zach - appoint him as your attorney in fact for this purpose  They will do anything to get rid of him.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If they need a quicker review of the contract, I'll do it pro bono. The HOA cares big time what color your drapes are, but it takes them 8 months (at a minimum) to figure out if they want higher speed internet.
